Prior to joining Roadside, in her 25-plus year career, Patti has executed over $5.2 billion of equity and debt transactions across all structures and all real estate product types both as intermediary and as principal.
Prior to her role at Roadside, she launched and led structured finance and equity initiatives with Walker & Dunlop, Transwestern, and Savills US, providing equity and debt consultative and advisory services to real estate entrepreneurs and institutional clients nationally. She defined her practice as to bring innovative capital markets alternatives and exceptional executions, to create and to enhance the value of her clients’ real estate.

She serves on the ULI Small Scale Development Council (since 2008) and is seated through 2023.
