Iona is offering a community exercise class for people with Parkinson’s Disease and their caregivers. Taught by a physical therapist using evidence-based exercise interventions, the exercise class is specifically geared towards those with Parkinson’s Disease (PD). To register for the class, participants must provide a valid physician’s prescription certifying that they are appropriate to participate in a group exercise class and have a diagnosis of PD or Parkinsonism.
