To register for the class, participants must provide a valid physician’s prescription certifying that they are appropriate to participate in a group exercise class and have a diagnosis of PD or Parkinsonism. Participants must also sign a liability waiver prior to participation.

Pre-screenings are REQUIRED, and will be held in the afternoon on: April 17, 19, 24, and 26. Call (202) 895-9448 to schedule a time for pre-screening.
