This evidence-based program teaches you skills to manage the many physical and emotional demands of long-term caregiving, as well as how to effectively cue loved ones to use Alexander technique principles in their daily life. The program consists of a group class meeting for 90 minutes once a week for 10 weeks. The first and last classes meet for two hours.…
