In the Still of Art: Watercolors by Northwest Neighbors Village Artists

The Lois & Richard England Gallery is exhibiting watercolors by the Northwest Neighbors Village Artists from Saturday, September 29, 2018 to Thursday, February 28, 2019. This dynamic group of artists has been meeting once a week since 2015 in a class taught by artist Joey Mánlapaz, offered by the Northwest Neighbors Village at Forest Hills of DC.

Though all are amateur artists, their mastery of watercolor is clear. Their dedication to craftsmanship inspires us all to keep learning and creating.
